Thomas Stadlhofer has been appointed as a new member of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG with effect from January 1, 2023. He will also remain Chairman of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Handel Gruppe AG.

Stadlhofer will be responsible for the Frauenthal Handel division within Frauenthal Holding as of January 1, 2023, which consists of the two sanitary, heating and installation technology sales brands SHT and ÖAG, the online electrical wholesaler ELEKTROMATERIAL.AT, the civil engineering and industrial division Kontinentale, and the service divisions of the Frauenthal Handel Group. The term of office extends over two and a half years. Hannes Winkler, Chairman of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, assumes responsibility for the Frauenthal Automotive Division, and continues to be responsible for the Legal, Internal Audit and Human Resources agendas. Erika Hochrieser is CFO and responsible for finance, and also for investor relations and sustainability.

Thomas Stadlhofer has been with the Frauenthal Group since 2009 and has held the position of CEO of Frauenthal Handel Gruppe AG since 2018. He started in the Group in 2009 as Vice President Logistics in SHT Haustechnik and was a member of the Executive Board of ÖAG from 2015 to 2018. A graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, he spent his early career at Czipin & Partner, Mondi Packaging and Österreichische Post.
