The Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG and Dr Hannes Winkler agreed today to extend his term of office as Chairman of the Executive Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, which expires on 31 December 2023, until 31 December 2026.

Frauenthal Holding's Executive Board continues to comprise three members: CEO Hannes Winkler, responsible for the Automotive Division, Legal, Internal Audit and Human Resources, Thomas Stadlhofer, responsible for the Frauenthal Trading Division, and Erika Hochrieser, CFO.
