After careful consideration, the Executive Board decided to make use of the new statutory provision of a virtual Annual General Meeting in order to protect shareholders and other participants.

The Annual General Meeting of Frauenthal Holding AG on June 5, 2020 was held as a "virtual Annual General Meeting" on the basis of section 1 (2) COVID-19-GesG, BGBl. I No. 16/2020 as amended by BGBl. I No. 24/2020 and the COVID-19-GesV (BGBl. II No. 140/2020), taking into account the interests of both the Company and the participants.
