Frauenthal Holding: Erika Hochrieser appointed to Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG today appointed Erika Hochrieser to the company’s Executive Board.

The Frauenthal Holding Executive Board now has three members: Chairman Hannes Winkler who is responsible for the Frauenthal Trade Division, Legal, Internal Audit and Human Resources; Martin Sailer responsible for the Frauenthal Automotive Division, Business Development and Organisation; and Erika Hochrieser, who as CFO is responsible for Financing, Internal and External Reporting, Treasury, IT and Investor Relations.

Supervisory Board Chairman Johann Schallert voiced his pleasure at the expansion of the Executive Board: “Erika Hochrieser has an impressive and comprehensive understanding of financial matters. Alongside her long-standing experience at the Group, Frauenthal Holding stands to gain from her firstrate leadership and the addition of a personality who will make a significant contribution towards bolstering the company’s long-term value and the ongoing development of our Group.” Erika Hochrieser confirmed: “The Group's dynamic changes require an entrepreneurial finance function that supports business development through tailor-made financing solutions. Frauenthal group is a remarkable international group with outstanding potential and a high degree of flexibility. I am looking forward to assuming my new responsibilities."

Erika Hochrieser joined Frauenthal in 2004 and joins the board from her previous position as head of the Frauenthal Group’s Finance Department. In this function, she played a key role in shaping the Group's capital market transactions. Prior to that, she has held various accounting and management positions at the Group. A qualified social educator, she studied international business administration in Vienna.
